My Journey
In August of 2017, one of my childhood friends sent me information on Cannabidiol , also known as CBD. It was helping her with her Lyme disease symptoms, and she wanted to share the good news. My research left me almost dumbfounded! CBD was just was I was looking for! It addressed all of the issues that I didn’t want to take medications for, namely, pain, anxiety and depression, but CBD helps with much more than that.
CBD works with our own body by waking up our CB1 and CB2 receptors. If these receptors haven’t been doing what they should, we have many health related issues. I couldn’t learn about CBD fast enough, and when I started taking it, my whole world got better! I love CBD, and I am so thankful that Cannabidiol is finally getting recognized for its many health benefits. CBD is one of the oldest and safest medicines known to man. It is good for all ages and even pets...and yes, my family takes it, including the dogs! I encourage you to do your research on the history of it!

One of my favorite products is Spark which gives you energy without the crash and burn. Another favorite product is Rehydrate, which provides you with the nutrients to maintain proper metabolism and hydrate your body by re-establishing your electrolyte balance. Anyone that knows me well, knows that at my house those little 8oz water bottles are called Advocare bottles, and they are for mixing a Spark or Rehydrate. Sometimes I have a Rehydrate because I haven’t had enough water during the day or in the midst of exercising, but everyday I have a Spark, and have had one or two everyday since 1999. Spark was the start of my healthy quest to feel better and have energy to tackle life and Rehydrate has quickly become a household favorite!

We all want to enjoy life to the fullest, but that’s impossible when you don’t feel well. Unfortunately, diet and exercise just aren’t enough.
