My journey for a Happy Healthy and Pain Free life came through real life events. My husband of 20 years lost his battle to metastatic melanoma in August of 2014. He was a doctor and felt like he got the best treatment available, but the illness and the side effects of the medications made his quality of life miserable. It was a 6 year battle that was hard on him, and as his caregiver, and a mom of 3 kids, it was hard on me too. I formed many opinions about my own health watching him suffer and listening to why he wouldn’t take certain medications, despite how poorly he was feeling.

Life is hard enough but when it throws you curveballs, like cancer, devastating pharmaceutical side effects, diseases, stress and injuries, you become passionate about seeking something to help naturally. I believe God gives us everything we need right here in earth, and it’s our job to figure out how to use it. In my case, he planted the seed to be open to that mentality, and I love sharing what I have learned with you.
